Provider verification
Every provider can submit an ID proof and a live selfie. Destora's team reviews each file and can approve or reject it with a reason. A provider can never mark themselves verified. Some service types need one additional credential.
OTP start
A job starts only when the provider enters the OTP you share, confirming who arrived and when.
Payments you control
You pay only after a provider accepts. Payments go through PhonePe. Refunds go to the original source, or to Destora Money for instant credit.
Location sharing
Share your location with the provider for the visit and follow their travel. Location is used only with your permission.
Ratings
Customers rate each completed booking.
Support and disputes
Raise a ticket or chat with support in the app. Bookings can be marked disputed and reviewed.
