• Transaction & Payment Information: Payment gateway order references, transaction identifiers, and amounts. Note: We do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or bank account passwords; all payment operations are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant aggregators (e.g., PhonePe).
• Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, push notification tokens, and application activity logs to ensure optimal performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process service bookings and dispatch verified service providers.
• To verify account identity and prevent fraudulent activities.
• To provide automated booking status updates, notifications, and customer support.
• To process refunds and resolve transaction queries.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or commercial marketing.

We share relevant customer information strictly on a need-to-know basis with:

• Assigned Service Providers: Name, contact number, and service delivery address to enable task completion.
• Payment Aggregators & Banking Partners: Authorized gateway partners (e.g., PhonePe) to process authorized booking fees and wallet top-ups.
